This week it’s Open Access Week which is an opportunity for the academic & research community to continue to learn about the potential benefits of open access to share what they’ve learned with colleagues and help wider participation to make this the norm in research.

MODERATE aims to directly contribute to this objective by connecting different building datasets and making them available through an open access marketplace through which the data can be analysed with state-of-the-art analytics tools.
The MODERATE marketplace will include data from at least 50,000 buildings & 350,000 EPCs, covering different building types (i.e. residential, office, commercial) with data on different indicators covering energy, IEQ & RES.
