The MODERATE consortium gathered this week for its 8th General Assembly, bringing partners together to take stock of project achievements, coordinate work across work packages, and plan the remaining activities leading up to the project’s conclusion.
In the afternoon, MODERATE hosted a focused Advisory Board meeting, welcoming expert advisors to review the project’s key results, offer strategic feedback, and discuss sustainability and opportunities beyond the official Horizon Europe funding period.
The dual events provided a valuable forum for collaboration, reflection, and forward-looking dialogue, reinforcing alignment among partners and strengthening connections with external stakeholders. Discussions centred on translating research outcomes into lasting impact, exploring post-project collaborations, and enhancing the uptake of MODERATE’s innovations.
MODERATE’s Advisory Board plays a crucial role in informing strategic decisions and ensuring the project remains responsive to broader research and innovation needs. Advisory boards like this are instrumental in gathering diverse insights and guiding strategic refinement, a best practice widely recognised across sectors engaging external expertise to drive impact.
As the MODERATE project enters its final phase, the insights from these meetings will be instrumental in consolidating results, shaping final deliverables, and planning for sustainable uptake and future opportunities in the research and innovation landscape.
